ppAt Las PalmasAirport, Royal Air Maroc is seeking a Station Manager to oversee and control all Ground Handling operations in accordance with agreed Handling contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and stringent safety requirements. You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards on Royal Air Maroc sites under your supervision, in line with current procedures and the Health and Safety at Work program. /p h3Key Responsibilities : /h3 ulliSupervise the services provided to RAM clients at all stages of the passenger journey, ensuring compliance with RAM quality standards. /liliContinuously monitor and control station handling processes, ensuring strict adherence to RAM quality, security, and safety standards /liliOversee and control the performance of third-party assistance organizations /liliCoordinate passenger support in case of irregularities (transport, accommodation). /liliRepresent Royal Air Maroc to local authorities and various stakeholders at the station. /liliLiaise with the Operations Control Center (OCC) and other operational entities (Hotline, HUB, etc.) /liliReport on station activity and elevate passenger complaints to relevant entities for resolution /liliMonitor the collection process for ancillary revenues (excess baggage, upgrades) at the station. /liliContribute to enhancing Royal Air Maroc’s brand image. /liliDrive team performance:



Coach and motivate the Handler team to optimize operations and achieve service excellence for maximum customer satisfaction. /liliEnsure compliance with baggage SLAs, thereby optimizing dispute resolution and enhancing the customer experience. /liliProvide immediate incident reporting and activity updates /li /ul h3Desired Profile : /h3 ulliEducation: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in airport operations management, tourism, or any other relevant field providing experience in air transport. /liliExperience: You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience within an airline or with a handler in a role such as Duty Officer, Station Manager, Supervisor, or Station Coordinator. /li /ul h3Key Skills : /h3 ulliStrong leadership and excellent team management skills. /liliOperational mastery of airport processes and regulations (safety, security). /liliStrong customer service acumen and the ability to manage complex situations. /liliProactivity and analytical thinking for decision-making under pressure. /liliRigour and organization for operations optimization. /liliTechnical Knowledge: Proficient in Load Control processes, aviation regulations, handling operations, and dangerous goods regulations. /liliPersonal Qualities: Agile, dynamic, and a hands-on individual with natural leadership abilities. /liliLanguages: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory for this position. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
