Join Roche's Global Diagnostics Procurement (DOP) team located in Sant Cugat, Spain, as a Business Process Expert (BPE) to optimize the integral Demand‑to‑Pay landscape and drive tactical execution of digital procurement innovations.Responsibilities- Lead tactical and strategic ownership of complex business processes within the Demand‑to‑Pay landscape.- Analyze, design, and implement innovative solutions, including integration with SAP S/4HANA and myBuy.- Manage and further develop business processes, design efficient interfaces to other systems.- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and digitalisation in collaboration with Delivery, Category, Digital & Process Management, and RSS Demand to Pay.- Lead projects independently, design workshops and training courses.- Develop and analyse innovative approaches for complex problems, verify them at a global level and guide local implementation.- Implement area‑specific solutions to reduce critical errors, increase stability and productivity.- Drive continuous improvement through simple, fast, and agile business processes while acting as a SME to ensure robust knowledge transfer.- Resolve matrix conflicts related to competing project priorities or process expectations,
