Experteer Overview

In this role you design, implement, and optimize data solutions to support business requirements. You will work with technical and business teams to translate needs into SQL-based strategies, ensure data quality, and maintain robust data integration via SSIS.

You’ll diagnose performance issues, tune database objects, and support production data loads while promoting reusable development standards. This position offers meaningful impact through reliable, scalable data systems that inform decision making and enable efficient data flows across the organization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design, code and maintain SQL stored procedures and functions
- Performance tune stored procedures, tables and indexes
- Troubleshoot and optimize databases with other engineers
- Review SQL code for standards and performance




- Create SSIS packages for data transformation and transfer
- Troubleshoot database environment issues (performance, replication, operational)
- Perform data analysis and profiling to guide development decisions
- Analyze data flow requirements and prepare documentation
- Support production data loads and ongoing refreshes
- Define and implement data validation and unit testing methods
- Maintain reusable development standards for current and future needs
- Perform enhancements and bug fixes as required
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
