Location: Barcelona (in-office Monday to Thursday. Telework on Fridays)
Type: Full-time
About Us
At Dost, we're not just another startup. We're a fintech revolutionizing how companies manage their financial processes with AI. Our platform automates invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders, eliminating human errors and transforming entire accounts payable departments.
What makes us different: We're already the trusted partner of over 120 companies, but we're still small enough for your voice to be heard directly by our CEO Adam.
The Opportunity
Marketing at Dost is moving from startup improvisation to scale-up discipline, and this role is the engine behind that shift.
Historically, this role owned the entire marketing funnel end-to-end. That built momentum, but it left little room to go deep on the channels that actually move the needle. We've since added a Content Specialist & Community Manager so this role can now focus on high-leverage growth: SEO/GEO, digital ads, partnerships, and events, working together as one system that feeds predictable pipeline instead of a series of disconnected activities.
We're scaling into new markets (UK and beyond), stakeholders are multiplying, and expectations are rising. Marketing needs clear ownership and fewer gray areas. That's what you're here to build.
This role is perfect if:
You think in systems and compounding growth, not isolated campaigns
You want real ownership of SEO/GEO and paid digital acquisition, not just a seat at the table
You're energized by turning brand and content efforts into measurable pipeline (MQLs, traffic, branded search)
You like partnerships and events as growth channels, not just "marketing activities"
You want autonomy on execution, with a manager who validates strategy with you rather than dictating it
You're comfortable being data-driven and gut-informed — you use numbers to back instinct, not replace it
Your Day-to-Day
SEO & GEO (core ownership)
Own SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) performance end-to-end
Nurture blog and website structure so content compounds instead of decaying
Ensure content is properly optimized, structured, and distributed for both search engines and AI answer engines
Work hand-in-hand with the Content Specialist on a shared calendar and shared SEO/GEO strategy
Track rankings, organic traffic, and branded search growth as core growth signals
Digital Ads & Paid Acquisition (core ownership)
Own paid digital strategy across the channels that matter for B2B SaaS/fintech (Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and others as we test)
Design and run campaigns aligned with funnel stage — awareness, consideration, and conversion — not just "boost post" spend
Manage budgets responsibly within approved limits, and bring a clear business case when more investment is needed
Continuously test, measure, and optimize: creative, targeting, landing pages, and offers
Connect paid performance back to MQL volume and lead quality, in partnership with Sales
Partnerships & Collaborations
Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners
Organize joint initiatives that move the needle: co-created content and cross-promotion
Act as the main point of contact for coordination, timelines, and follow-ups
Own the operational side — materials, alignment, and delivery
Events
End-to-end organization of marketing events, online and offline
Venue research and booking within approved budgets
Coordination with partners, speakers, and internal teams to bring events to life
Marketing Operations (Hub Spot)
Manage inbound leads in Hub Spot and support lead assignment (manual today, automation in progress)
Build a clear understanding of lead quality — which channels and initiatives actually bring MQLs
Work with Sales to sharpen lead definitions and routing logic over time
Analytics & Optimization
Track performance across SEO tools, ad platforms, Hub Spot, and Google Analytics
Use data to separate what's working from what's just busy — and pivot accordingly
Report on MQL volume, traffic growth, branded search, and campaign performance
We Need You If You Have
Essential:
1. 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or SEO/paid media roles in B2B SaaS
Hands-on SEO expertise: technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and a working knowledge of GEO/AEO (optimizing for AI answer engines)
Proven experience running and optimizing paid digital campaigns (Linked In Ads, Google Ads, or similar) with real budget accountability
B2B marketing background: you understand long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and funnel dynamics
Comfortable owning partnerships and events as growth channels, not just content
Analytical: fluent with Hub Spot, Google Analytics 4, UTMs, and translating data into decisions
Spanish native or bilingual level, with good English to work with the UK team, agencies, and founders
Strong project management instincts — you document, prioritize, and keep things moving without chaos
Bonus points:
Experience scaling marketing in a startup moving toward scale-up (predictability over improvisation)
Fintech or financial services industry experience
Hands-on experience with GEO/AEO tools and generative-search optimization
Experience managing partner or affiliate programs
Exposure to event production, from webinars to in-person conferences
Familiarity with Hub Spot workflows and lead-scoring logic
Cultural DNA We're Looking For
What makes someone succeed here:
Strategic thinker: you don't just execute — you question why and propose better ways
Espabilado/a: (Spanish for resourceful/scrappy) you figure things out before asking
Proactive: you bring ideas to the table and build criteria where things are undefined
Analytical: you decide based on real data, validated with instinct — not just gut feelings
Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and autonomy
Collaborative: you work well with small teams and cross-functional stakeholders
What doesn't work here:
Expecting everything to be perfectly defined (we're building this together)
Excuses or disorganization
Why Dost vs. Other Options
What you WON'T find here:
A rigid, oversized marketing org where you're just one cog
Growth limited by bureaucracy or excessive approval layers
Marketing disconnected from Sales and revenue outcomes
Being siloed from the rest of the business
What you WILL find:
Build the engine: you're not inheriting someone else's system — you're building it
Ownership: SEO/GEO, digital ads, partnerships, and events, owned end-to-end from day one
Cross-functional impact: work directly with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and founders
Startup energy: fast-paced, hands-on, where good ideas win regardless of seniority
Real autonomy: Ariadna empowers rather than micromanages
Learning: deep dive into fintech, the CFO world, and B2B SaaS growth marketing
Your Career Here
At Dost, we don't believe in preset career ladders or arbitrary timelines.
Your growth is determined by three things:
Your talent: the quality and impact of your growth strategy and execution
Your ambition: what you want to learn and where you want to grow
Your attitude: how you show up, collaborate, and push yourself
Possible future paths include Events & Partnerships Manager, Marketing Ops / Rev Ops, or a dedicated Growth leadership role as the team scales.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation package
Performance bonuses tied to growth KPIs (MQLs, traffic, branded search, initiative performance)
Ownership over SEO/GEO, paid acquisition, partnerships, and events from day one
Small team where your work is visible to founders
Learning: master B2B SaaS growth, fintech industry, and CFO audience marketing
Growth: as we scale to the UK and beyond, so does your role
