You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards on Royal Air Maroc sites under your supervision, in line with current procedures and the Health and Safety at Work program.brKey Responsibilities :brSupervise the services provided to RAM clients at all stages of the passenger journey, ensuring compliance with RAM quality standards.brContinuously monitor and control station handling processes, ensuring strict adherence to RAM quality, security, and safety standardsbrOversee and control the performance of third-party assistance organizationsbrCoordinate passenger support in case of irregularities (transport, accommodation).brRepresent Royal Air Maroc to local authorities and various stakeholders at the station.brLiaise with the Operations Control Center (OCC) and other operational entities (Hotline, HUB, etc.)brReport on station activity and escalate passenger complaints to relevant entities for resolutionbrMonitor the collection process for ancillary revenues (excess baggage, upgrades)



at the station.brContribute to enhancing Royal Air Maroc’s brand image.brDrive team performance: Coach and motivate the Handler team to optimize operations and achieve service excellence for maximum customer satisfaction.brEnsure compliance with baggage SLAs, thereby optimizing dispute resolution and enhancing the customer experience.brProvide immediate incident reporting and activity updatesbrDesired Profile :brEducation: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in airport operations management, tourism, or any other relevant field providing experience in air transport.brExperience: You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience within an airline or with a handler in a role such as Duty Officer, Station Manager, Supervisor, or Station Coordinator.brKey Skills :brStrong leadership and excellent team management skills.brOperational mastery of airport processes and regulations (safety, security).brStrong customer service acumen and the ability to manage complex situations.brProactivity and analytical thinking for decision-making under pressure.brRigour and organization for operations optimization.brTechnical Knowledge: Proficient in Load Control processes, aviation regulations, handling operations, and dangerous goods regulations.brPersonal Qualities: Agile, dynamic, and a hands-on individual with natural leadership abilities. xsgfvud brLanguages: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory for this position.br
