Keep reading! /p pAs a HRBP at Rituals, you will contribute to develop and optimize the HR strategy in our 100 stores of Spain, working closely with the internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent results and improvements in terms of personnel, HR procedures, talent management and business culture. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide measurable input to define the direction of HR that support managers in optimizing results and allocating resources optimally. /li liAdapt/enchance quality and value in existing HR methods. /li liIdentify problems, analyze complex HR issues and modify working methods. /li liCheck business needs of operations Retail/WHS to achieve our targets and be the workplace of choice for our heartbeats. /li liLegal advise and management of legal actions. /li liInterface between Services and Operations:
