Our mission: to deliver energy systems where every millisecond and every degree matter. /p h3Technical Project Lead /h3 pThe Technical Project Lead for Battery Design will play an integral role in bringing our batteries through design and into full production and delivery. They will support a talented and growing team of battery designers through the project gateways of multiple high-value battery design projects, including analysis and verification of initial specifications. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Develop Battery System Requirements with a Safety Focus /h3 ul liDefine and develop high-voltage battery system requirements, with a particular emphasis on functional safety and compliance with international safety standards. /li liLead the development of high- and low-voltage system architectures, ensuring that all safety-critical elements are addressed at both system and component levels. /li liIntegrate safety considerations into the entire design process, including functional safety and hazard analysis, failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), and fault tree analysis (FTA). /li /ul h3System Design And Architecture /h3 ul liOversee the development and validation of electro-thermal battery computational models to ensure that safety and performance requirements are met. /li liDefine boundary conditions, input parameters, and interfaces for CAE activities, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and thermal integration. /li liLead design reviews, safety analyses, and simulations to ensure that the system architecture meets all safety and performance criteria. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Leadership And Mentorship /h3 ul liProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. /li liCollaborate closely with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of safety-critical systems.



/li liAct as a key technical leader in cross-functional project teams, driving technical decisions and ensuring that safety considerations are prioritized throughout the product lifecycle. /li /ul h3Requisitos mínimos /h3 h3What You Bring /h3 pExperience and Expertise: /p ul li5+ years of experience as a systems engineer or technical project leader for complex, safety-critical systems, particularly those involving electrical, electronic, software, and mechanical components. /li liProven experience in high-voltage battery system development, including safety analysis, design, and validation. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liExpertise in requirements-based engineering processes and the use of requirements management tools (Polarion, JAMA, DOORS, or similar). /li liStrong experience with development-related analysis methods (FMEA, FTA, V-model) and system safety techniques. /li liProficiency in system simulation and modelling tools, such as MATLAB/Simulink, and familiarity with programming languages like C++, Python, or equivalent. /li /ul h3Leadership And Communication /h3 ul liStrong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor within cross-functional engineering teams. /li liExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels. /li liFluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with general teams. /li /ul h3Desirable Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced experience in the design, development, and validation of high-voltage battery systems for automotive, aerospace, or industrial applications. /li liExpertise in the use of simulation tools and software development for battery management systems (BMS) and other safety-critical components.
