We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our Team as Analysts. /ppOur Fixed Asset Advisory Services (FAAS) practice provides fixed asset inventory reconciliation, management, and property insurance appraisal. /ph3Navigating Responsibilities /h3ulliInitiating preliminary discussion with clients to understand their requirements in detail /liliLiaising with clients to understand fixed asset accounting treatment /liliPreparing pitch decks and completing the required internal approval process /liliVisiting client facilities, interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement /liliInvestigating and developing analyses to estimate the value for tangible assets for different purposes /liliUndertaking accounting and insurance asset valuation, using direct, standard and normal costing techniques /liliDelivering accurate, supportable and unbiased valuation conclusions /liliUndertaking activities of fixed asset management (tagging, inventorying, reconciliation of fixed assets registers for internal and financial purposes)
/liliAddressing to all the client and/or auditor queries regarding the valuation of the subject property/assets /liliReporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports /liliWorking with management to build and maintain client relationships /liliTraveling is required for the position /li /ulh3The Adecuado Candidate /h3ulliPursuit current degree: Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred) /liliBackground: Experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models.
