This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about renewable energy. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liRevenue Market Participation: Identify and capture value-maximizing market participation opportunities for assets in operation, from spot markets to ancillary services, ensuring optimal revenue positioning across all dispatch scenarios. Lead RFP processes for contracting representatives and battery optimizers. /li liPPA Counterparty Management:



Act as the primary relationship owner for all PPA counterparties, proactively monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and managing any deviations or disputes throughout the full term of each agreement. /li liGreen Certificates Environmental Attributes: Track green certificate market dynamics and maintain active dialogue with brokers to maximize returns on surplus volumes, identifying timing windows and market conditions that drive best execution. /li liTechnical KPI Reporting: Define, track, and report on key technical KPIs (production, availability, performance ratio, BESS efficiency and degradation, losses, etc.). Weekly coordination with OM and monitoring departments. /li liPerformance Analysis Financial Variance Coordination: Analyse performance data, identify deviations against budget, and coordinate with Finance and Controlling teams to explain variances and inform future projects. /li liExternal Interface: Serve as the primary technical interface with external stakeholders: OM team, asset manager, optimiser, grid operators, and regulatory authorities. /li liProcess Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal asset management processes, tools, and reporting standards. /li /ul h3What do we need? /h3 ul liAn Engineering background is a must, combined with solid experience in the renewable energy industry, ideally 4 years working on hybrid projects, or PV solar.
