You will be the key contact for defining material roadmaps,



commercializing new solutions, and ensuring the “pack-machine fit” on high-speed production lines. /ppThe activities will be able to perform at several plants of the group in Europe depending on the project. /pullibCategory strategy roadmap /b: Define and execute a materials plan (innovation, cost‑out, light‑weighting, sustainability/regulation), aligned with RD, Operations, Sustainability and the Business. /lilibSpecifications, quality compliance /b: Create/update material specifications and deadlines/drawings; define test methods (e.g., top‑load, compression, drop, transport) and manage change control with full traceability and applicable regulations. /lilibTechnical sourcing suppliers /b: Identify/approve/develop suppliers; agree technical criteria with Procurement, establish alternatives (dual‑sourcing) and manage performance (capability, stability, total cost of packaging). /lilibPlant continuous improvement: /b Drive OEE improvements, SMED for format changes, and reductions in scrap/waste and packaging‑related complaints; train site teams on new materials and standards. /lilibProject management reporting /b: Lead stage‑gate projects with timelines,
