Experteer Overview In this role you will own the Lesson Insights product end to end, shaping strategy, roadmap, and execution for a flagship AI-powered experience used by learners and tutors across web and mobile. You will prioritize actionable feedback, tie insights to learner progress, and collaborate with the Progress squad to scale across languages. You’ll design for both sides of the marketplace, drive user engagement, and analyze data to continuously improve the experience. This role places you at the heart of transforming education at general scale, with a focus on impact and cross-functional collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Substantial experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products with frequent, habitual use
- Shipped products built on GenAI/LLMs or NLP at scale, with understanding of trade-offs (evals, hallucinations, latency, cost)
- Genuine learner and tutor empathy in prioritization and design
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to form conclusions from analyses
