Experteer Overview In this role you shape the strategy and lifecycle of FYUL’s shared data capabilities, guiding the Data Platform as a product used by analysts, product and engineering teams, and leadership. You define a multi-year vision, govern a cross-team roadmap, and translate diverse needs into coherent capabilities that unlock growth and better decision-making. You will drive adoption, trust, and measurable business value while balancing foundational investments with near-term user value. This is a high-impact, strategic IC role.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and evolve a multi-year Data Platform vision aligned with company priorities and AI ambitions
- Turn fragmented stakeholder requests into clear problem spaces and structured outcomes
- Build and manage an outcome-based portfolio (governed data products, semantic layers, discovery, self-service analytics, quality, and governance)
- Prioritize platform foundations, governance, reliability, and AI enablement across teams
- Lead cross-team discovery and definition for initiatives spanning multiple domains
- Clarify ownership, sequencing, dependencies, risks, adoption expectations, and decision gates
- Establish a North Star metric and KPI tree; set baselines and targets for major investments
- Coach and elevate product practices; share learnings and establish reusable governance and delivery patterns




- Raise maturity of product management practices for platform and data products
- Ensure governance enables trusted usage and align senior stakeholders around goals and trade-offsResponsabilidades
- Proven track record delivering substantial impact through complex platform, data, infrastructure, or enterprise products
- Experience owning strategy and outcomes across multiple teams or domains without formal authority
- Ability to turn highly ambiguous and technical problems into clear strategies and executable plans
- Strong understanding of data platforms, data models, warehouses, semantic layers, BI, governance, metadata, data quality, access control, and AI-enabled analytics
- Sufficient technical fluency to engage credibly in architecture and engineering trade-offs
- Strong commercial and analytical judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience aligning senior stakeholders around difficult priorities and trade-offs
- Experience coaching Product Managers or improving product practices at organizational scaleRequisitos principales
