cross-sell and strong commercial execution across clinic accounts. /liliMonitoring KPIs, financial performance and market trends to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement. /liliLeading, coaching and developing account management teams, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and high performance. /liliNegotiating contracts, pricing and service agreements while ensuring alignment with profitability targets and business objectives. /liliPartnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Regulatory colleagues to deliver exceptional service to customers. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3pYou’ll be a commercially focused leader with strong knowledge of the veterinary sector and the ability to turn strategy into practical, measurable results. /pulliExperience in a senior leadership role within veterinary clinics, livestock, animal health or a closely related sector. /liliStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. /liliSolid commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, margins, revenue targets and business performance.
