Also,



the Supply Chain department provides support to ensure the good accounting situation and customer satisfaction in the area.The position reports to the Supply Chain Manager Iberia.Key accountabilities br- Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicingbr- Ensure smooth and effective delivery trackingbr- Follow the payment tracking with Finance teambr- Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries manage damaged deliveries and input the credit note in the systembr- Make a daily update on the common tracking toolbr- Management of close communication with the customersbr- Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reportsbr- Daily contact with the local platforms in Spain and other offices around EuropeYour profile br- +2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain in a similar positionbr- Master's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualificationsbr- Interest in developing successful experience in logistics and supply chainbr- Languages: fluent in Spanish and English. Chinese is a plusbr- Proficient in Excelbr- Knowledge about SAP or similar ERPs would be highly appreciatedbr- Able to work under pressure and have efficient communication with all TCL stakeholders
