As our new Payroll Specialist (Mid‑Level), you will support our international payroll and benefits operations. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day payroll execution for Spain, while coordinating with external payroll providers for Italy and Portugal. This is an operational, hands‑on role perfect for someone looking to solidify their international exposure under the guidance of our global team.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Execution: Record monthly payroll incidents (bonuses, overtime, one‑time payments), manage adaptable remuneration, benefits in kind, settlements, and personal income tax for Spain.
- Vendor Coordination:



Act as the main point of contact and coordinate monthly payroll inputs/outputs with our external payroll providers in Italy and Portugal.
- Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, taxation, and deductions.
- Personnel Administration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with social security obligations (Spain) and manage employee records, contracts, registrations/terminations, and medical leaves.
- Data & Finance: Maintain the Personnel Department’s databases and work closely with the Finance department to reconcile monthly payroll.
