ph3You may be our new Process Design Engineer /h3h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the mechanical design and engineering of equipment, with a strong focus on food processing, aseptic and hot-fill technologies, filling systems, and related process equipment. /liliParticipate in the design and development of complete aseptic and hot-fill production systems, including filling equipment, CIP/SIP systems, and product handling solutions. /liliExpand beyond component-level design to drive system-level engineering, integration, and optimization. /liliDevelop process concepts, PIDs, equipment layouts, technical specifications, and engineering documentation. /liliApply expertise in aseptic processing, sterilization technologies, fluid dynamics, and hygienic design principles. /liliSolve complex engineering challenges related to food safety, process performance, validation, and operational efficiency. /liliContribute to RD initiatives and the development of next-generation filling and processing solutions. /liliBridge the gap between engineering design and operational reality by continuously improving designs based on field experience and customer feedback. /liliSupport Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and start-up activities. /liliEnsure engineered solutions perform reliably and efficiently throughout their operational lifecycle. /liliCollaborate closely with Mechanical Design, Automation, RD, Project Management, Product Management, and Operations teams. /liliTravel internationally to support commissioning, start-ups, troubleshooting, and customer projects. /liliWork directly with customers, suppliers, and OEM partners to ensure successful project execution. /liliProvide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and process optimization.



/li /ulh3You Bring These Skills, Experience Education /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or related process industries, with a focus on equipment design and engineering. /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /liliStrong proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks. /liliSolid understanding of mechanical design principles, process equipment, and manufacturing systems. /liliExperience with aseptic processing, filling technologies, CIP/SIP systems, or hygienic equipment design is highly desirable. /liliStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international environments. /liliFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. /liliKnowledge of food safety standards and regulations is considered an advantage. /li /ulh3SIG competencies /h3pWe are looking for people who are willing to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances, employees who create a climate where everyone is motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
