Working in a fast-moving and cross-functional environment, we are looking for solid experience in owning and guiding the design and delivery of products and services as well as team leadership background. This position forms part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise-grade software systems. The bProduct Manager /b will serve as a subject matter expert, acting as a central point of reference for both the team and other stakeholders within the organisation. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the Cards portfolio aligned to company KPIs and customer needs. /li liDefine, prioritise, and ship features that improve activation rates, usage and engagement, and retention across the cards journey. /li liPartner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure products meet card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), PCI-DSS, and relevant financial regulation (e.g. PSD2) from design through to launch. /li liCollaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to translate customer problems into shipped, measurable product improvements.



/li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, e.g. card issuers/processors and card schemes. /li liOwn the customer experience for card servicing, including freezing/unfreezing cards, replacement, PIN management, and in-app card controls. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to this effect. /li liCommunicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership, including regular reporting on delivery status and product KPIs. /li liStay close to the competitive landscape challenger banks, neobanks, and card issuers globally to keep the product proposition sharp and differentiated. /li liAccountable for the on-time and quality delivery of assigned projects /li liConduct team appraisals, identifying training needs, motivating and performance managing the team in collaboration with the Team Lead /li liImplement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all delivery activities within the team. Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized product backlog for the team. /li liAct as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as a point of reference for queries related to the product /li li5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a digital bank, fintech, card issuer, or payments company. /li liBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered /li liMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus, not a requirement /li liFormal certification in product management (e.g. CSPO) is beneficial but not essential /li liDirect experience owning a card product (debit, credit, or prepaid) end-to-end, including working with card processors/issuers and scheme relationships (Visa/Mastercard). /li liTrack record of shipping customer-facing features in a fast-paced, agile environment,
