ph3About The Job /h3 pPart of the Retail Team at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan Turkey), while working closely with the Paris HQ, the Retail Learning Advisor provides administrative, logistical and coordination support to ensure the seamless execution of learning and development programs across retail, helping deliver impactful training experiences and a smooth onboarding process for new employees. /p h3YOUR MISSION /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you must be passionate about Clients and people development. Our idóneo candidate will share the same values and champion this across our teams. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liSchedule and coordinate training sessions (in-person and virtual), managing invitations, registrations, participant selection and attendance tracking. /li liOrganize all logistics related to training: venues, meeting rooms, materials, equipment, meals, hotel bookings and entertainment, coordinating with vendors as needed. /li liEnsure timely distribution of pre- and post-training materials, and troubleshoot technical issues during virtual sessions. /li liCollect and consolidate participant feedback to support continuous improvement. /li liMaintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records of training paths, certifications and completion rates. /li liPrepare training materials (presentations, guides, evaluation forms) and support translation of corporate content into local language when needed. /li liGenerate regular reports on training activity and support compliance monitoring for mandatory training.



/li liPrepare onboarding materials for newcomers and support the Retail Learning team in organizing and delivering onboarding for new employees. /li liAct as first point of contact for employee inquiries on training programs, guiding them on accessing learning resources and the LMS. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBe a self-starter and autonomous in terms of Agenda and priorities. /li liHighly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously. /li liA proven ability to deliver results. /li liExcellent analytical and synthesis skills. /li liMS Office, full Excel proficiency is mandatory. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to changes. /li liStrong communication skills and easy connections with others. /li liHighly motivated strong personal interest for luxury consumer goods environment. /li liFluent English Spanish is mandatory, French is a plus. /li /ul h3Required Profile Experience /h3 ul liGraduated from Business School, HR or any related field. /li liA previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role is required, in the retail field and/or HR department will be positively considered. /li liIt is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de prácticas” based on Spanish labor law (Candidate must hold a valid bachelor or master’s degree obtained in the past 3 years) /li liAvailability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week. /li liStart date: June/July 2026. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pLouis Vuitton respects and promotes equal opportunities.
