ppLead the Physical Security function, responsible for protecting the organization’s personnel, facilities, and critical infrastructure from physical threats, including unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, sabotage, and environmental or emergency incidents. /p pOperate within the Security Office under the Security Director (COO reporting line), working in close coordination with Cybersecurity Operations and Governance, Risk Compliance to ensure a unified approach to protecting both physical and digital assets. /p pOversee the definition, maintenance, and promotion of Group-wide physical security standards, policies, and control frameworks to ensure a consistent level of protection across all business units, subsidiaries, and operational sites. /p pEnsure the continuous monitoring, operation, and improvement of physical security systems and processes across corporate sites, data centers, and remote telecom infrastructure, while also supporting executive protection and crisis response activities. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Physical Security Governance Business Unit Oversight /h3 ul liDefine and maintain Group-wide physical security policies, standards, procedures, and minimum controls. Ensure consistent adoption across all Business Units, monitor execution maturity, remediate gaps, and promote best practice sharing across geographies. /li /ul h3Protection of Critical Infrastructure Remote Assets /h3 ul liDefine risk-based protection requirements for offices, headquarters, data centers, telecom sites, towers, and other strategic assets. Ensure effective controls are in place to prevent unauthorized access, theft, sabotage, vandalism, environmental threats, and service disruption. /li /ul h3Security Systems Technology /h3 ul liSet standards for CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, visitor management, and related technologies. Ensure systems are properly operated, maintained, modernized, and aligned with monitoring, scalability,
and lifecycle requirements. /li /ul h3Incident, Crisis Personnel Protection /h3 ul liEstablish Group processes for physical security incidents, emergency response, investigations, workplace safety, executive protection, and travel security. Support Business Units during crises and high-risk situations. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Security Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate with Cybersecurity Operations, Governance, Risk Compliance, Facilities, HR, and other stakeholders to manage converged risks, align controls, and maintain an integrated enterprise-wide security posture. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Criminology, or a related field. /li liPostgraduate studies in Security, Risk Management, or Business Administration are an advantage. /li liRelevant certifications in Physical Security, Crisis Management, or Business Continuity are valued. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul libEnglish: /b Advanced (Must-have) /li libSpanish: /b Advanced (Valuable) /li libAny other Cellnex language: /bIntermediate (Valuable) /li /ul h3Tools Systems /h3 ul liMS Office: Advanced (Must-have) /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in Physical Security, Corporate Security, or Critical Infrastructure Protection within complex, multi-site organizations. /li liProven experience leading physical security governance, standards, and protection programs across multiple geographies or business units.
