We have some of the strongest double-digit growth and retention rates globally in consumer-facing services which demonstrates our exceptional service levels and strong value proposition to our customers. /p h3About The Role /h3 pYour key Responsibilities will include: /p ul liLegally advising the Arlo Europe business on commercial and consumer-facing topics, including supplier and distribution agreements, e-commerce and retail programs, consumer protection rules, marketing materials, promotions and customer TCs. /li liLegally advising on all Arlo catalogue innovations (products and services) and accompanying materials and marketing claims for European markets. /li liCovering the operational data privacy topics for Arlo Europe, working with the Group Data Privacy team and the Arlo Europe DPO: /li ul lito facilitate the provision of pragmatic, cohesive advice on innovations and consumer-facing DP topics; and /li lito promote Arlo Europe business and regulatory interests with Arlo, Inc. /li /ul liPartnering with Verisure country Legal teams on matters involving Arlo Europe. /li liAligning with relevant Arlo Inc. Legal and colleagues within Legal function on Arlo Europe topics. /li /ul h3Candidate profile /h3 h3Experience And Qualifications /h3 pYou must be a bqualified lawyer /b with a demonstrable knowledge, experience and interest in commercialising technology and related services. You have exceptional analytical and communication skills together with a pragmatic and resilient approach. /p h3In Terms Of Experience,
