Experteer Overview
As Technical Product Manager for OptiDescent, you define and own the OptiDescent module within OptiFlight, driving its strategy, delivery, and operational readiness. You bridge Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Delivery, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable customer value at scale. You own the roadmap, backlog, and key success metrics, while collaborating closely with engineering to ensure feasible, high-impact features. This role combines product management with hands-on ownership and cross-functional leadership to shape aviation optimization technology.

• Own the end-to-end definition of OptiDescent and translate strategy into module objectives and roadmap
• Define capabilities, assumptions, dependencies, and operational expectations for the module
• Maintain clear module documentation and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Own the OptiDescent delivery roadmap, prioritize features and readiness activities
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Customer Delivery, and Product teams
• Identify dependencies and risks with mitigation plans; track roadmap execution and provide updates
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; define user stories and acceptance criteria




• Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements and validate delivered capabilities
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews; support release planning
• Define operating model and processes for deployment, monitoring, and onboarding
• Support cross-module alignment and sales enablement across teams

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership or related roles
• Experience in aviation software, flight operations, or fuel-efficiency optimization
• Understanding of aircraft performance, aerodynamics, and EFB solutions
• Experience in Agile software development
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Proven experience coordinating delivery across engineering, operations, and business teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
