ph3About the job Senior SAP FICO Consultant /h3 h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join a stable international SAP service for a confidential enterprise client. /p pThe role requires strong functional expertise in SAP Finance, the ability to engage directly with international business stakeholders in English, and the capacity to understand financial and tax-related requirements across different countries and translate them into complete, viable SAP solutions. /p pYou will take functional ownership of SAP finance initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, coordination and delivery. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEngage with international Finance, Tax and other business teams. /li liUnderstand business needs, explain SAP implementation alternatives and agree on appropriate solutions with stakeholders. /li liGather, document and obtain validation of functional requirements. /li liDesign and configure SAP financial solutions. /li liWork with the relevant SAP data models, financial documents and functional configuration. /li liParticipate in treasury, tax reporting and financial integration processes where required by the project. /li liTranslate financial and tax requirements into viable SAP implementation options. /li liExecute functional testing and support the validation of the implemented solution. /li liCoordinate dependencies with other functional and technical teams. /li liTake ownership of timelines, blockers and end-to-end delivery. /li liEscalate risks and dependencies appropriately. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSenior-level experience in SAP FICO, typically five or more years.



/li liSolid experience in SAP financial implementations. /li liStrong understanding of SAP financial data models, documents and functional configuration. /li liAbility to understand integrated financial processes and translate financial or tax requirements into SAP solutions. /li liDemonstrable experience working as a Functional Business Analyst. /li liEnd-to-end autonomy across requirements gathering, documentation, validation, solution design, configuration, testing and coordination. /li liAdvanced business and technical English, equivalent in practice to C1 level. /li liAbility to conduct meetings about financial or tax processes, understand local business requirements and explain SAP alternatives to international stakeholders. /li liSustainable availability to attend the Madrid office six days per month. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExposure to treasury processes. /li liExperience with tax reporting. /li liExperience delivering SAP implementations across multiple countries. /li liExperience integrating financial flows originating from sales processes. /li liExperience working in international environments. /li liExperience coordinating multiple functional and technical teams. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrong analytical thinking. /li liAbility to identify common financial concepts across different countries and business contexts. /li liConfident communication with Finance and Tax stakeholders. /li liAutonomy, initiative and accountability for delivery. /li liClear written and verbal communication. /li liHigh-quality functional documentation. /li liCross-functional coordination. /li liResponsible escalation of risks and blockers. /li liInterest in developing long-term knowledge of the client environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
