Experteer Overview
In this role you lead and mentor DevOps engineers to deliver secure, scalable systems. You collaborate with cross-functional technology leads to implement robust DevOps practices and drive continuous delivery across multiple cloud platforms. You own and optimize deployment pipelines, troubleshoot production and testing environments, and continuously adopt new tools to keep the business ahead of the curve. You shape DevOps strategy and mentor the team to raise technical excellence and delivery reliability.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Line management and technical leadership of a DevOps team (onshore and offshore), including mentoring and coaching.
• Collaborate with leads across Technology functions to deliver secure, reliable, scalable solutions.
• Identify and implement DevOps best practices with peers in Data Engineering and Technology.
• Ensure continuous delivery pipelines and automation for deployment, testing,



and management across cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot and own issues in development, QA, and production environments, including performance optimization.
• Continuously learn and evaluate new approaches, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate, inspire, and drive innovative solutions to keep the business ahead.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience leading DevOps teams and delivering large-scale, highly available systems.
• Strong background in DevOps practices and tooling, with emphasis on CI/CD and automation.
• Experience across cloud platforms and operation of development, QA, and production environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.
• Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
