In this hybrid role, you will combine software development and testing to deliver stable, high‑performing, and user‑friendly solutions. You will work closely with business departments, architects, and international teams, actively contributing to the continuous optimization of our CRM landscape.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, and modern Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Apply Flow governance by choosing Salesforce Flows for declarative automation when appropriate and using programmatic solutions such as Apex trigger frameworks when complexity, scalability, or maintainability requires it.- Create and maintain triggers, classes, batch processes, and REST/SOAP interfaces to extend platform functionality.- Integrate external systems and APIs to optimize business processes.- Support the integration of Salesforce into the existing IT landscape (e.G., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, middleware platforms)
and contribute to the implementation of end‑to‑end business processes.- Implement Salesforce solutions based on technical blueprints and architectural guidance provided by the Solution Architect.- Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure accurate execution, alignment with requirements, and clear documentation of all developments.- Design and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure functionality, integration, and performance.- Perform regression testing and support user acceptance testing while ensuring adherence to quality standards.- Identify, document, and resolve defects and performance issues.- Collaborate closely with developers and administrators to implement sustainable solutions.- Stay up to date with Salesforce development, releases, and best practices.- Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development and testing processes.Essential Requirements- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.- Several years of hands‑on experience (2–5+ years) in Salesforce development and/or testing.- Strong knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), and Salesforce data model and security concepts.- Experience in development and enhancement of Salesforce applications,
Apex unit testing, test automation, and ensuring code quality within CI/CD processes.- Experience in integration of third‑party systems and interfaces, including event‑driven architecture and Salesforce Pub/Sub API.- Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and high‑quality orientation.- Team player with the ability to work in an international environment.- Salesforce certifications (e.G., Platform Developer I or higher).- Experience with Copado (CI/CD for Salesforce) or comparable DevOps tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.- Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level).- Advantageous: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.G., Git), knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), experience in a B2B software or SaaS environment, basic knowledge of adjacent systems (e.G., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).Benefits and Development- Structured start: individual onboarding and organized networking.- Life cover and health insurance.- Company Share Ownership Program (WESOP).- Trust‑based working hours, flexible working hours, possibility of hybrid working.- Team or role‑based development/training, individual development/training, national and international career prospects within the RIB Group or Schneider Electric.Equal Opportunity StatementRIB is an equal‑opportunity employer.
