Salary: €45,000-48,0000, gross per year + bonus

For our client, a company opening a brand-new, high-energy restaurant in one of Barcelona’s most iconic and bustling touristic areas, we are looking for a passionate, hands‑on, and charismatic Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and create unforgettable dining experiences.

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Lead by example – Be a hands‑on, visible leader on the floor, inspiring and motivating your team.

- Drive operational excellence – Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from service standards and staff training to inventory, cost control, and profitability.

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences – Ensure every visitor leaves with a memorable impression of Barcelona’s vibrant hospitality.

- Build and develop a winning team – Recruit, train,



and mentor staff to exceed expectations in a high‑pressure environment.

- Manage finances and performance – Meet and exceed revenue, sales, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in high-volume, fast‑paced restaurants, bars, or hotels.
