ph3Resumen del Puesto /h3 pThe Head of HR Talent Acquisition, Spain is responsible for leading recruitment and broader HR activity across our growing FB Spanish portfolio. The role is pivotal in building and sustaining our talent pipeline across event‑led FB operations and football stadia, while also supporting the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with operational leaders, this role partners the business on both hiring and people matters, navigating the Spanish hospitality landscape, local employment practices, and regional talent markets. This is a hands‑on role, combining talent acquisition delivery with HR generalist responsibilities. While supported by the broader OVG international HR team, this individual will act as the primary HR presence in Spain. /p pThis role pays an annual salary of €38,300 - €47,850 and is bonus eligible. /p pEsta posición permanecerá abierta hasta 11 septiembre de 2026. /p h3Responsabilidades /h3 h3Recruitment Delivery Talent Acquisition /h3 ul liProvide an effective in‑house recruitment service, meeting target turnaround times. /li liManage the candidate journey from job advertisement through to interview stage, and from offer to start date, ensuring a seamless experience. /li liSource, screen and present well‑qualified and engaged applicants to hiring managers. /li liPrepare and manage external job adverts, ensuring strong employer branding and appropriate Spanish language use. /li liOversee OVG Spain’s external employer brand across recruitment touchpoints. /li liBuild and maintain active talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and industry engagement. /li liDeliver a strong pipeline of casual workers to support event‑day staffing requirements. /li liAssess and manage external recruitment agencies where required, including performance monitoring and SLA management. /li liEnsure agency partners represent OVG’s employer brand appropriately. /li /ul h3HR Generalist Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the main HR contact in Spain, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. /li liProvide guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances,



and performance management. /li liSupport onboarding processes, contracts, and employee documentation in line with Spanish employment law. /li liEnsure the company complies with and correctly applies employment contracts and regulations set by Spanish authorities. /li liSupport workforce planning and organisational structure discussions with leadership. /li liMonitor employee engagement, team dynamics, and retention risks. /li liSupport training and development initiatives and coach managers on people management best practices. /li liPartner with central HR teams on compensation, benefits, and policy implementation. /li liSupport monthly payroll processes ensuring inputs are accurate and submitted on time; assist with payroll‑related employee queries and ensure payroll administration complies with Spanish employment legislation and company policies. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management Business Partnership /h3 ul liMeet regularly with hiring managers to take briefs, provide updates, and review candidate quality. /li liConduct monthly meetings with senior leadership to report on recruitment activity and plan future hiring needs. /li liCommunicate regularly with managers and employees to build relationships and understand team needs. /li liProvide clear, data‑informed recruitment updates through regular reporting. /li liWork closely with OVG International HR to ensure alignment on processes and standards. /li /ul h3Market Engagement Talent Strategy /h3 ul liRepresent OVG at hospitality industry events, recruitment fairs, trade shows, and professional conferences. /li liBuild relationships with employment organisations, educational institutions, and professional associations. /li liMaintain active networks across hospitality, culinary, and events sectors in Spain.



/li /ul h3Compliance Best Practice /h3 ul liEnsure all recruitment and HR activity complies with Spanish employment law, GDPR, and equal opportunity legislation. /li liMaintain accurate applicant and employee records, ensuring appropriate data handling and retention. /li liMonitor recruitment processes for fairness, consistency, and bias. /li liStay up to date with changes in Spanish labour law, including immigration and work permit considerations. /li liSupport hiring managers in interviews where required and promote best practice in structured interviewing. /li /ul h3Calificaciones /h3 ul li3‑5 years’ experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist roles. /li liStrong experience in high‑volume recruitment within hospitality, FB, events, or entertainment. /li liProven ability to build talent pipelines and support large‑scale staffing requirements. /li liStrong understanding of Spanish employment law, GDPR, and HR practices. /li liExperience working closely with operational stakeholders in fast‑paced environments. /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liEstablished knowledge of the Spanish labour market. /li liFluency in Spanish and English. /li liExperience supporting venue openings, mobilisation, or large‑scale hiring initiatives preferred. /li liHands‑on, practical, and comfortable operating in a standalone role. /li liAble to balance day‑to‑day delivery with broader business needs. /li liOrganised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. /li liAdept at building strong relationships and establishing credibility quickly. /li liMust be able to travel up to 50% of the time. /li liKnowledge of Spanish employment contracts (indefinido, temporal, obra y servicio, fijo discontinuo) desired. /li liUnderstanding of regional labour market variations across Spain desired. /li liAwareness of cultural nuances in recruitment and workplace practices desired. /li liKnowledge of Spanish recruitment channels and networks desired. /li liAdditional European language skills desired. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
