ppFortivum is a Dublin-based, client-side engineering consultancy specialising in the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects across Europe. /p /brpWe provide Project Management, Construction Management, Cost Management and Design services, supporting clients through the full project lifecycle. Our teams work across major EMEA data centre programmes, helping to manage programme, cost, quality, technical delivery and stakeholder coordination. /p /brpWe are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major data centre project team based full-time in Zaragoza, Spain. /p /brh3Role Overview /h3 /brpThe Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting on detailed project programmes for a large-scale data centre project. /p /brpWorking closely with the Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Cost and contractor teams, the role will provide clear visibility of programme performance, key milestones, critical‑path activities, risks and recovery actions. /p /brpThis is a site‑based role in Zaragoza and requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced construction environment, managing multiple interfaces and challenging programme assumptions where required. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities: /h3 /brh3Programme Development and Management /h3 /brul /brliDevelop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. /li /brliBuild integrated programmes covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing and handover. /li /brliEstablish programme logic, sequencing, milestones, dependencies and critical‑path activities. /li /brliCoordinate programme inputs from contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams. /li /brliReview contractor programmes for completeness, logic, duration assumptions and alignment with project requirements. /li /brliTrack progress against approved baseline programmes and identify variances.



/li /br /ul /brh3Programme Reporting and Analysis /h3 /brul /brliProduce weekly and monthly programme reports for project leadership and client stakeholders. /li /brliProvide clear reporting on progress, critical path, float, milestones, delays, risks and recovery actions. /li /brliCarry out schedule analysis, including critical‑path analysis, look‑ahead planning and delay‑impact assessment. /li /brliDevelop programme dashboards, progress trackers and visual reports. /li /brliSupport earned‑value and progress‑measurement reporting where required. /li /brliMaintain accurate programme records and version control. /li /br /ul /brh3Project Coordination /h3 /brul /brliWork closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Design Managers, Cost Managers and contractor planning teams. /li /brliCoordinate programme interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and commissioning workstreams. /li /brliSupport planning for long‑lead equipment, procurement activities, site logistics, energisation and phased handover. /li /brliAttend project meetings, planning workshops and progress reviews. /li /brliChallenge programme assumptions and identify opportunities to improve sequencing, efficiency and delivery certainty. /li /br /ul /brh3Risk, Change and Recovery Planning /h3 /brul /brliIdentify programme risks, constraints and potential delays at an early stage. /li /brliSupport the development of mitigation and recovery programmes. /li /brliAssess the programme impact of design changes, scope changes, procurement issues and construction delays. /li /brliMaintain schedule‑risk registers and support risk‑management workshops.



/li /brliAssist with delay analysis, extension‑of‑time assessments and claims support where required. /li /br /ul /brh3Systems and Documentation /h3 /brul /brliMaintain schedules and supporting documentation within project controls and common‑data environments. /li /brliEnsure accurate programme updates, reporting records and document control. /li /brliSupport the continual improvement of planning and project‑controls processes across Fortivum’s project portfolio. /li /br /ul /brh3Candidate Profile /h3 /brul /brliProven experience as a Project Scheduler, Planner or Project Controls Engineer on large‑scale construction or engineering projects. /li /brliExperience working on complex, fast‑paced projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, energy, infrastructure or major commercial developments. /li /brliStrong working knowledge of Primavera P6; Microsoft Project experience is also beneficial. /li /brliExperience developing and managing detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules. /li /brliStrong understanding of critical‑path methodology, programme logic, sequencing and delay analysis. /li /brliExperience reviewing contractor programmes and coordinating programme inputs across multiple stakeholders. /li /brliStrong analytical, reporting and communication skills. /li /brliComfortable working full‑time on site in Zaragoza, Spain. /li /brliData centre, mission‑critical or high‑tech construction experience. /li /brliExperience working in a client‑side, consultancy or owner’s‑representative environment. /li /brliExperience with schedule‑risk analysis, earned value management and delay/claims support. /li /brliKnowledge of commissioning, energisation and phased handover planning. /li /brliDegree or qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline. /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
