In this role, you will work closely with development teams to guide them in adopting unified Dev Ops practices, standardized tooling, and secure, scalable cloud solutions. Your work will directly influence platform consistency, developer productivity, and operational excellence across the organization.## **Key Responsibilities*** Collaborate continuously with development teams to understand their needs, provide guidance, and support the adoption of platform standards.* Drive harmonization of Dev Ops practices, tooling, and workflows across all engineering teams.* Build and maintain shared platform components, including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, Git Ops workflows, and infrastructure automation.* Support teams in deploying and operating services on AWS, Kubernetes, Argo CD, Helm,



and related cloud-native technologies.* Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Cloud Formation or Terraform.* Develop automation and tooling using Python and Bash to optimize developer workflows.* Promote security best practices and ensure platform solutions align with compliance and operational standards.* Assist in the operation and optimization of Kafka and other shared services.* Data Dog monitoring.* Provide technical mentoring on Dev Ops concepts, SDLC best practices, and developer tooling.## **Required Skills & Qualifications** Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native solutions. Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration. Experience with Argo CD, Helm, and Git Ops principles. Proficiency with GIT and branching strategies. Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Bash. Experience with Kafka and distributed messaging systems. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Cloud Formation, Terraform). Experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of SDLC, developer workflows, and Dev Ops best practices. Experience with Data Dog for monitoring and observability. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple engineering teams. Solid understanding of security in cloud and Dev Ops environments.## **Nice-to-Have Skills** Background in platform engineering or internal developer platforms (IDP).
