To support the continued growth of these digital ecosystems, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager. Some people manage project plans. You make sure they become reality.

You're someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, connecting people, and turning ideas into tangible results. While others focus on individual tasks, you keep the bigger picture in sight and ensure every moving part comes together.

The Impact You'll Make

As Project Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives that bridge business and technology. From the initial idea through to successful delivery, you'll ensure projects stay on track and deliver real business value.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization, define priorities, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned.

This isn't a role for someone who simply updates project plans. We're looking for someone who provides direction, removes obstacles, and ensures projects are delivered successfully.

What Your Day Could Look Like

No two days are the same. You'll collaborate with a variety of teams and stakeholders,



moving effortlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Your responsibilities include:

- Translating business needs into clear project plans
- Building roadmaps, timelines, and project priorities
- Managing scope, budgets, quality, and delivery deadlines
- Coordinating collaboration between business and IT teams
- Identifying risks before they become roadblocks
- Keeping stakeholders aligned around shared objectives
- Taking full ownership of projects from kick-off through successful delivery

In short, you're the person who makes sure projects don't just start but they succeed.

What We're Looking For

You don't need decades of experience.

What matters most is your ability to think analytically, adapt quickly, and take ownership.

You'll likely bring:

- A few years of experience in project management, business analysis, consulting, or a similar role
- A solid understanding of how business and IT work together to deliver successful outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to create structure while remaining flexible when priorities change
- A proactive mindset and confidence in making decisions
- Fluency in Dutch or French, along with professional English. Speaking all three languages is a strong advantage.
- A valid driver's licence
