Robert HalfTalent Solutions is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast-growing company active in the medical sector.

As Finance Business Partner (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Producing monthly management reporting for senior stakeholders, including financial and operational performance analysis;

• Coordinating the annual budget process and quarterly forecast cycles in close collaboration with business teams;

• Monitoring cash position, supporting liquidity management, and preparing financial reporting for lenders;

• Leading strategic finance projects, including carve-out and restructuring-related initiatives;

• Supporting senior leadership on ad hoc analyses, board preparation, acquisitions, and other high-priority projects.

The required profile for the Finance Business Partner (m/f/x) position:





• you hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field;

• you have 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, ideally within audit + transaction services, consulting, FP&A;, or business partnering;

• you have strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear business insights;

• you are comfortable preparing presentations and communicating with senior stakeholders;

• you are fluent in French, Dutch, and English, and you are hands-on, rigorous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
