pWe are seeking a Tech Legal Counsel to join our Legal team and support HBX Group’s growth as a leading Travel Tech company.

This role has a strong technology and AI governance focus, providing legal support to the Technology and Global Procurement departments on daily business decisions, contractual matters, and risk prevention.
/pp The position will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating Technology and non-Tech contracts, advising on AI‑related agreements and governance, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements.
The role supports Fintech and Insurtech teams as well on their day-to-day business decisions, assisting with the contract negotiation and considering the regulatory framework worldwide.
The position also supports regional commercial legal teams on Technology, Intellectual Property, and Data Protection matters, working collaboratively with cross-functional areas such as Tax, Compliance, and HR to deliver cohesive and aligned legal advice.
/pp The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in Technology and IP Law, strong interest and knowledge in AI and emerging technologies, as well as some experience in Fintech, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and proven ability to navigate complex negotiations.
A team‑oriented mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment are essential to succeed in this role.
/ppbr/ppstrong Expected Deliveries /strong /pulli Provide legal advice to the Technology and Global Procurement departments in their day‑to‑day business decisions, including the review and negotiation of both Tech, non‑Tech as well as assistance with Fintech contracts.
/lili Deliver preventive counselling on applicable legal requirements, proactively identifying, monitoring, and advising on legal risks within the assigned areas.




/lili Support the company’s strategic focus on New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence by assisting with AI governance, AI‑related contracting, and the implementation of evolving regulatory frameworks across the Group.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrong Responsibilities /strong /pulli Advise Technology, Fintech and General Procurement on legal risks and implications of daily business decisions, ensuring compliance and mitigating exposure.
/lili Review, draft, and negotiate contracts—particularly those involving AI technologies—tailoring contractual clauses to the risk profile of each product or provider.
/lili Provide guidance on Intellectual Property, Data Protection, and Technology Law matters, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and internal policies.
/lili Support regional commercial legal teams on Technology and Intellectual Property issues, ensuring consistency across jurisdictions.
/lili Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Tax, Compliance, HR, Info Sec, etc.) to deliver well‑rounded, business‑aligned legal advice for Procurement activities.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrong Skills /strong /pulli Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
/lili High interest in emerging technologies and AI, with solid knowledge of Technology and IP legal frameworks.
/lili Interest in Fintech and new payment methods /lili Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
/lili Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder interactions,

/li /ulpbr/ppstrong Experience /strong /pulli Minimum strong3 years of experience /strong in a similar role or within a legal environment focused on Technology, IP, procurement, or digital services.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrong Qualifications /strong /pulli Qualified Lawyer.
/lili Professional experience in strong Intellectual Property /strong and strong Information Technology Law /strong.
/lili Additional experience in strongAI‑related matters, Fintech /strong and strong Data Protection /strong (e.g., GDPR) will be considered a strong plus.
/lilistrong Fluency in English /strong is essential.
