The Role As a Technical Support Agent, youll be the first point of contact for our international client base, solving technical issues via phone and email while ensuring every customer feels heard and supported.

Youll be part of a dynamic Customer Success team with a clear mission: help our clients succeed with our products.

What Youll Do * Deliver expert support via phone and email, solving customer issues clearly and exceeding expectations * Diagnose and resolve technical problems, documenting and analyzing each case * Escalate intelligently to our Development and Level 2 teams when needed,
