We are currently seeking Polish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a global team based in Lisbon, supporting users within a dynamic e-commerce and digital platform ecosystem.

Your Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

Provide high-quality support to users via multiple communication channels

Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce products, services, and policies

Ensure compliance with internal standards and service guidelines

Manage high volumes of contacts, especially during peak periods

Deliver consistent and accurate resolutions to customer issues
Work Model & Conditions

Location: Lisbon (on-site)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

Working Hours:

Initial: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00

Future scope:
24/7 rotational shifts (to be confirmed)

Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries annually)

Meal Allowance: €45/month (paid over 11 months)

Welcome Bonus: €1,000 (for Polish speakers)
Relocation Package
We provide full support for candidates relocating from outside Portugal:
