About the Role:

The Customer Project Manager is responsible for leading the post-sale technical deployment, onboarding, and operational success of Wallbox’s AC and DC charging solutions. This role drives project execution by managing implementation milestones,



coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, and solving complex infrastructure and service challenges within critical ecosystems like Data Centers. Actuating as a resilient, trusted partner, the CPM ensures high customer satisfaction (CSAT) by successfully bridging the gap between customer technical requirements and physical installation delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical project onboarding, including customer training, technical documentation, and initial deployment roadmap execution.
- Ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and integration of AC and DC products.
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for key accounts: CPOs, fleets, utilities, municipalities, resellers.
- Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) by demonstrating high resilience and leadership in escalation management, resolving critical infrastructure incidents (e.g., hardware faults, supply/parts issues) in close coordination wi
