Position Objective
Development and maintenance of the Quality Management System and MRO approvals.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (EASA Part-145, FAA, UK CAA and others), as well as internal Quality Management System procedures, ensuring airworthiness, operational safety and the continuous improvement of the organization.
1. Quality Management System
• Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable regulations (EASA Part-145 / MOE).
• Ensure the proper implementation and compliance of internal procedures.
• Participate in the review and approval of Quality Management System documentation (MOE, procedures and work instructions).
• Monitor regulatory changes (EASA, FAA, etc.) and assess their impact.
• Support the management of organizational approvals and certifications.
2. Audits
• Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the annual audit programme.
• Participate in external audits conducted by authorities, customers and certification bodies.
3. Non-Conformance Management
• Record, analyse and manage non-conformities identified through audits, production activities or customer feedback.
• Coordinate the definition of corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ensure timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor corrective actions.
• Verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
4. Supplier Quality Management
• Participate in supplier evaluation and approval processes.
• Conduct audits of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Education
Aerospace Engineering Degree.
Languages
Advanced English, both written and spoken.
