Role
Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the solution, with a strong focus on SAP HCM CH/AT (PY), and translating it into clear standards and procedures.
Ensures the success of implementations and improvement projects,
particularly in complex environments, with specific responsibility for payroll configuration, compliance, and delivery.
Participates across all project phases, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post–go-live support.
Acts as a key reference for SAP HCM Payroll, both internally and externally..
Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Manage SAP HCM Swiss/Austrian Payroll (PY) solution design and configuration
- Resolve complex issues across payroll schemas, PCRs, and integrations
- Ensure compliance with Italian payroll regulations and legal requirements
- Support testing cycles, including payroll validation and reconciliation
- Drive performance and efficiency of payroll processes
Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM Payroll
- Share best practices and support team development
- Mentor junior consultants on
