About the Role
Our respected client, a leading international organization operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, is currently seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their growing team. This is an entry-level position, idóneo for candidates looking to start or develop a career in customer support within an international setting.
The role is remote, however candidates must relocate and reside in Greece, as per operational and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in Danish

Provide accurate, timely, and professional support regarding products and services

Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels

Document interactions and update customer records using internal systems

Follow company policies, quality standards, and data protection guidelines

Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments when necessary
Candidate Profile

Native or fluent Danish speaker

Good command of English (Level B2)

No previous customer service experience required (training provided)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems

Willingness to relocate to Greece and work remotely from there
