Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, the Fleet Manager will take on strategic and operational ownership of our aircraft fleet, playing a key role in shaping how we manage one of our most critical assets.
This role is central to optimizing asset performance, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting procurement and bid processes across the organization. You will drive fleet standardization, maximize utilization, and strengthen commercial efficiency at Group level.
This position can be based at any of our main offices in
Spain ,
Italy ,
Portugal ,
Sweden , or
Norway .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining effective communications and delivery of effective relationship management with external stakeholders, primarily OEMS and Lessors. Delivering leadership with asset types within the portfolio, across multiple internal stakeholders remaining closely aligned to regional CAMO teams and Fleet Managers. Supporting bid solutions through the identification of configuration requirements and asset availability, seeking priced solutions from key partners. Providing support to the Group Supply Chain Director with the development of external requirements, configurations and RFP management for through life support. Maintaining effective fleet plans with support of the Fleet Planning and Utilisation Manager, to one consistent standard. Using these to support CAPEX / investment requirements and bid / asset utilisation and optimisation as well as maintain up to date records along side MSN/tail registrations. Analysing the spend profile and defining in conjunction with key business owners,



appropriate procurement and contracting strategies to achieve the business needs. Establishing and maintaining up to date Account Management plans to support effective strategic support where and when required. Ensuring Service Level Agreements are in place; are competed where value can be achieved, are valid and adequately reflect the level of Supply Chain performance both required and delivered. Driving commercial performance through effective KPI contract management. Improving fleet standardisation to maximise redeployment utilisation opportunities and residual values.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates with substantial hands-on experience in
aircraft maintenance ,
operations , or
fleet management —combined with relevant technical training—will be equally considered.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Proven track record of experience in Aviation Sector, managing large fleets In complex organisations. Experience in applying financial, commercial and analytical skills in broad business projects.
