We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the effective day-to-day running of the agency's operational functions. Acting as a key link between Client Services, Finance, Operations, and People teams, this role will ensure projects, systems, and business processes are managed efficiently and accurately.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive,



and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced creative environment.

This is a full-time 6-month fixed term contract (FTC).

Key Responsibilities

Project & Commercial Operations

Coordinate project setup and job creation in collaboration with Client Services and Project Finance teams.

Ensure project information, budgets, timelines, and billing details are accurately maintained within internal systems.

Support Client Services and Finance teams with project administration and workflow management.

Maintain project pipeline reporting and assist with revenue forecasting activities.

Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) reports and support regular project review processes.
