Job Description

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting Solution Sales with a strong focus on the Telecommunications industry. You will help drive revenue by bringing deep industry expertise, guiding customers through complex transformation initiatives,



and positioning ServiceNow solutions in alignment with telecom-specific operational and business needs. This is a hands-on technical consulting role for someone who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers, Sales, Product Management, and executive stakeholders.
