About the company

Our client is launching a brand-new B2B sales project focused on the Norwegian market. They offer ambitious sales professionals the opportunity to develop their careers in an international environment with strong support, clear career paths, and performance-based rewards.

What will you do?
- Contact business customers in Norway by phone
- Sell electricity contracts to B2B customers
- Work with both warm and cold leads
- Build strong customer relationships and establish trust
- Identify customer needs and present tailored energy solutions




- Sell additional services and value-added products
- Work towards clear sales targets and KPIs
- For suitable candidates, there is also an opportunity to start in appointment setting and progress into a Closer role

Candidate profile
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated by sales, targets, and commission
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Positive, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required

Employer offers
- Start date: 3rd August
- One week of fully paid training
- Spanish employment contract
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
- Working hours: 09:00–18:00
