Role Overview:

This role extends beyond email marketing to include multi-channel messaging strategies using platforms like WhatsApp, SMS, direct messaging (DMs), and more. Your mission will be to build, optimize, and automate customer journeys that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention across multiple touchpoints.
