We are looking for our next Trilingual clinical psychologist and Case manager with over 5 to 7 years of blended experience in direct psychotherapy, acute crisis intervention, and complex case management.
Fluently provides clinical services and care coordination in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (C2 Native/Advanced across all three). Possesses a deep clinical landscape and holds all necessary legal credentials to operate in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the clinical journey for our members, providing clinical - emotional support and case management in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Conduct clinical evaluations, risk assessments (ATS), and short-term evidence-based interventions (CBT) across different languages and cultural contexts.

Act as the clinical point of contact for our english, Portuguese and Spanish provider networks, ensuring high quality of care and compliance with local regulations.

Maintain impeccable clinical records and documentation in Salesforce, ensuring all meets Lyra’s general standards (primarily in Spanish and English) and local legal requirements.
