Are you passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences in a fast paced, international environment? We’re looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join a growing, tech driven organisation with a strong presence across Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping People Operations in a scaling business, supporting multiple markets and helping build efficient, people-first processes from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

Own and manage end to end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding) across multiple European markets

Support and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations

Act as the go to person for HR queries, providing guidance to employees and managers

Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies across jurisdictions

Maintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), ensuring high quality, reliable data

Identify opportunities to improve processes, driving efficiency and scalability

Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on people related matters

Contribute to building a high performing, people centric culture





What we’re looking for

2+ years’ experience in HR / People Operations, ideally in an international or fast-growth environment

Exposure to payroll and labour law across at least one European market

Experience managing employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Personio, BambooHR, Workday or similar)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

A proactive mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach

Spanish (C1+)

French (B2+)

Strong English communication skills are also highly valued in this international environment
