In this hybrid role based in Malaga, you will fuse senior QA expertise with software development in testing to shape automation frameworks and AI-aware test strategies.
You will embed quality into CI/CD, design comprehensive test plans, and lead quality initiatives across traditional and AI-powered software.
Collaborating with developers, you’ll drive reusable testing solutions, observable telemetry, and safety checks for AI/LLM features.
You’ll mentor teammates and contribute to process improvements in an agile environment, delivering reliable, scalable quality across complex systems.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze requirements and architecture to craft test plans, cases and data sets
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, JMeter, Gatling
• Develop and integrate testing tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Build observability and telemetry for real-time quality monitoring
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual testing
• Manage defect lifecycle from reproduction to prioritization
• Apply AI-assisted workflows for test generation, code review and triage
• Design and execute AI/LLM-powered feature testing including safety checks
• Collaborate with developers on quality-first SDLC practices and lead quality strategy xqbhyrx
• Work in an agile delivery model, contributing to process improvements and mentoring
Responsabilidades
