Ensure process control and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing processes.

Focus on operational Excellence through Root cause failure analysis to reduce the number of customer complaints and internal non-conformances, improvement of process stability and equipment efficiency.

Drive best practice sharing and standardization of processes.

Define the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process parameters/operating windows (CTWs) for relevant production processes in line with product design and factory capability/requirements.

Communicate and train employees during introduction of new production processes and equipment, set-up of process relevant documentation.

Actively collaborate with production, quality, safety, logistics and maintenance departments.
