- carry out the guided tours
- oversee mailbox and answer inquiries for guided tours
- administrate and manage all incoming requests (mail/telephone)
- collaborate in the development of the materials and speeches for the guided tours
- acquire knowledge and history related to the stock market and its surroundings (Stock Exchange Palace)
- support the event managers in all aspects of event management (planning, preparing, execution, event material, invitation and registration management, etc.)
- provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily work
- on‑site support at events
Requirements
- studies in Marketing, Communication,
Tourism, Business Administration or Event Organization
- ability to work in a dynamic and global environment with excellent organizational and communication skills
- strong organizational xqbhyrx skills and personal flexibility
- willingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skills
- very good level of spoken and written English and Spanish (B2 minimum)
- experience in hosting virtual events is an advantage
