The Senior Brand Manager NH Collection is responsible for shaping and safeguarding the brands premium positioning across Europe. This role drives operational marketing excellence, ensures brand consistency at every touchpoint, and supports hotels in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience.What will you do? Brand & Operational Marketing LeadershipLead the execution of B2C operational marketing initiatives for NH Collection Hotels & Resorts across EuropeEnsure consistent application of brand standards across all propertiesSupport the rollout of guest experience initiatives and operational brand standards at hotel levelHotel Support & CollaborationAct as a key partner to hotels, providing guidance on marketing, branding, and design needsBuild strong relationships with General Managers and property marketing teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharingIdentify best practices and scalable initiatives across the portfolioMarketing Planning & ExecutionOversee the implementation of the general NH Collection marketing plan at property levelSupport the development and execution of tailored marketing plans for flagship hotelsContribute to regional and hotel-level media plans, ensuring high-quality creative executionOpenings, Rebrandings & Asset DevelopmentLead marketing activities for new openings and rebrandings, including visual identity, collateral, digital assets, photoshoots, and eventsCoordinate product and lifestyle photoshootsContent,

Education & BackgroundBachelors degree required; Masters degree is an advantageProven international work experienceSkills & ExpertiseFluent English (written and spoken); proficiency in a secondmajor European language (Spanish, Italian, or German) is requiredStrong business and marketing acumen, combined with analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to translate data into impactful, creative marketing conceptsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Good understanding of social media platforms and content management systems (e.G.
