Which will be your mission?
Your mission will be to actively lead and manage Digital Transformation projects within the CAP DX organization, with a strong focus on MES implementation and industrial digitalization initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering cross-functional digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, timelines and budgets.

Acting as a key link between business, IT and engineering teams, you will ensure the successful execution of software and digital solutions across the manufacturing environment.

How will you succeed in this position?

Degree in Software Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Informatics, Computer Science or similar

Minimum 3 years of experience managing software or digital projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and related tools (e.g. Jira, Trello)

Strong knowledge of software and hardware engineering and system integrations (MES, SAP, SCADA, robotics, AGVs, etc.)

Proven experience managing projects from initiation to delivery

Strong leadership and team management skills,



with the ability to motivate and guide cross‑functional project teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast‑paced environments

High flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) to collaborate with international stakeholders

Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, budget control and project reporting
