/ppbr/ppstrong About the role /strong /pp Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial success of COYA Marbella across multiple revenue streams.
/pp You will lead a large management team, inspire over 100 hospitality professionals, drive profitability, elevate guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across every aspect of the business.
/pp This is a highly visible leadership position requiring strategic thinking, exceptional people leadership and hands-on operational expertise.
